VIETNAMESE CHICKEN CURRY WITH BROWN RICE
Inspired by our travels around South-East Asia, this fragrant curry has a coconut base with an array of anti-oxidant rich spices such as cumin and turmeric, which come together to create a vibrant flavour. Juicy chunks of moist chicken thigh are accompanied by vitamin-rich sweet potato and okra, making a wholesome yet filling dish.
Our curry is accompanied by brown rice which adds a slightly nutty flavour and is full of fibre and essential minerals such as phosphorus, zinc and folate, which give you energy and nurture your bones.
All ingredients are organic wherever possible.
