This is grandma’s secret recipe – a fragrantly flavoured, traditional Moroccan tagine, filled with spices, vegetables and your choice of protein-rich organic chicken or lamb, or vegetarian with seven different vegetables. This vibrant meal is nourishing and wholesome and will take your taste buds straight to the souks of Marrakech!
The array of colourful vegetables in the dish will fill you with vitamins and fibre, whilst the spices make the dish rich in anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories.
