A ‘constructed’ Sunday roast!
We love roast dinner (who doesn’t?!), and how all of the components compliment each other perfectly, so we came up with the ingenious idea (well we think so!) of creating layers to allow the juices from the meat and vegetables to cook together but still maintain their individual flavours. You will find moist and tender organic roast chicken, a layer of sautéed spinach and sliced roasted potato – all drizzled in a creamy peppercorn sauce and topped with a garlic, rosemary, thyme and ground almond crumb.
