MEXICAN CACAO INFUSED BEEF CHILLI
Chilli is one of the ultimate comfort foods – a tasty hug in a bowl. Our travels to Mexico showed us that some of the most delicious meals come out of using a few quality ingredients and putting them together simply, something that we have kept in mind for our chilli recipe.
We slow-cook prime, organic beef with fresh vegetables, tomatoes, beans and spices for three hours, to create a rich chilli, bursting with flavour. As the chilli bubbles, we add cacao, which gives depth whilst providing the dish with iron, magnesium and calcium.
Serving suggestion: top with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt or a dollop of guacamole.
